With Risa Williams' productivity toolkit, she encourages us to treat our mental energy like a priceless natural resource (which it is!) - her tools help us mine it and leverage it so we can reduce stress, accomplish things, and feel good about ourselves. Where most of us don't even know where to begin, Risa lays out a step-by-step framework for a new perspective on time and our power to harness its strengths and to stop feeling slaves to it. Her worksheets and practical questions guide us to release the urgency we impose on ourselves when it comes to time. Her prompts allow us to customize her tools to our own lives and to make it easy to build a new skillset and perspective. I love the simplicity of her examples and the relatable visualization tools she weaves in to make these new concepts stick. I found myself using her tools when I least expected to and incorporating them seamlessly into my day. Her stories and images make it accessible in a way that is beautifully relatable.
